Where we ship

We currently ship across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery is 14–21 business days after dispatch.

Because our products are made by our overseas manufacturing partners and sent directly to you, delivery takes a little longer than some stores — this is what lets us offer premium formulas at a fair price. We think they're worth the wait. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen during peak periods, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. "Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD."
